Effective quality control is the backbone of Concepts of Cleanliness' operational management efforts. It is the primary reason for continued growth and success. During the orientation of new employees, we emphasize commitment to effective quality control. We define quality control in terms of customer satisfaction.

The primary objectives of the Quality Control are stated as follows:

* To provide a quantitative measure which will indicate the level of the quality of the housekeeping services.

* To provide such measures on a continuing basis as a vital on-going management control tool.

* To provide management feedback in order to initiate the necessary corrective action.

To help quantify the level of service of each service worker, quality control check sheets are provided for the Area Manager covering.
